Introduction:This Directory of Training and Technical Assistance Resources provides detailed information on organizations providing services relevant to the work of Community Development Corporations (CDCs). Access the Directory through these links:
How To Use The Directory:The Directory contains information on the "what", "when", "where", "how" and "cost" of over sixty organizations' services. Users of the Directory can look up an organization alphabetically to see the details of providers' services or they can use the search to look up organizations based on training categories, cost, location, etc.. For the purposes of this Directory, we have separated those services offered through Training from those offered as Technical Assistance (TA). The definitions used in separating the structures of Training and TA are:
For organizations that provide both Training and Technical Assistance, there are two separate entries in this Directory. The reason for this double-entry system is that many times the specifics for their training programs, including the costs, population served, subjects covered, etc. are different from the specifics of their technical assistance programs.
